Lesson Policies

Plan A ~ Pay Per Lesson *for students who could not have regular weekly lessons

​

1. Confirmation and Cancellation of Lesson

 i. Confirmation or Cancellation of lessons should be discussed on class Whatsapp group chat for record purpose

 ii. Cancellation of lessons must be made 45mins prior to the scheduled lesson time

 

2. Payment

 i. The student is encouraged to make the payment Prior class commencement Online to avoid confusion of attendance

 ii. Fees will be adjusted according to the numbers of students in the group prior to class commencement

Plan B ~ Monthly Payment *Discounted Rate / for students who could have weekly lessons

​

1. Attendance

 i. Weekly lessons are reserved & fixed, less public holidays & 5th Weeks of the month ( 29th, 30th & 31st )

 ii. No compensations or make-up lessons for public holidays, 5th weeks, absenteeism, late coming, or cancellation of the lesson

2. Adverse Weather

 i. Swim classes will still be conducted as usual under drizzle condition for students who are 6yo and older

 ii. Coach will inform parents via Whatsapp Group Chat if the class would be canceled.

 iii. Lesson cancelation due to bad weather will only be given makeup lessons for the 2nd, 3rd & 4th canceled lessons within the month

3. Payment / Refund

 i. The student is required to make the payment Online, monthly on the 1st lesson of the month to avoid confusion

 ii. No pro-rate of fees for Plan B

​

Plan C ~ "Adults" Swimming Crash Courses ( Beginner / Intermediate )

​

1. Attendance and Makeup Policy 

 i. 10 consecutive weeks of lessons to complete the Swimming Crash Course, excluding public holidays and 5th Week ( 29th, 30th & 31st )

 ii. Students are allowed to join other adult group classes at another pool for makeup. However, it should be done within the 10 weeks duration of the Crash Course arranged by the coach

2. Bad Weather Plans

 i. Rain or Shine, the lesson goes on... "commitment" is key to success. However, if the pool is close Coach will inform on class Whatsapp Group Chat

i. Via PayNow

~ Please update BUDDY SPORTS PTE LTD via "WhatsApp Group Chat" in the following format

  "Payer's Name on Bank / Payment Date /Amount / Remarks"

Class Whatsapp Group Chat & Media Release

 

 i. A WhatsApp Group Chat will be created for all classes. All information and communication will be done in the group chat for record purpose

 ii. Lesson may be recorded in photos / videos to be used for keeping wonderful memories for the students or for media, promotional, academic, and training purposes. If you disagree, please advise us in writing and we will take extra care to exclude your child.
